To renew, change your package, adjust your connection count or cancel, email Enjoynerdypopcorn@gmail.com. No customer portal or login is required.
Renew your service
Reply to your order email and tell us the term you want. A team member will confirm your renewal price, payment instructions and service dates.
Change your package
Tell us your current package, preferred term and total connection count (1–4). We’ll confirm pricing and when the change can take effect.
Cancel your renewal
Send your name and the email used to order. Clearly state that you want to cancel. A team member will confirm the cancellation and relevant dates in writing.
An email request does not automatically change your service. Please keep the team’s written confirmation. If you created a recurring transfer in your bank, you must stop that transfer with your bank separately.
