These terms describe the general conditions for purchasing and using Nerdy Tech Guys services. They are a starter policy and should be reviewed by the site owner or legal advisor before launch.

Services

Nerdy Tech Guys provides technical setup, troubleshooting, configuration, consultation, and support services for homes, seniors, remote workers, and small businesses.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for owning or having permission to use the devices, accounts, software, and networks involved in a service request. You are responsible for any third-party subscription, hardware, software, licensing, or account costs.

Streaming-related services

About this service: This is a technical support and configuration service. You are paying for Nerdy Tech Guys' time, expertise, and setup work on streaming software installed on hardware you own. This is not a subscription to a streaming service, and Nerdy Tech Guys does not provide, host, distribute, or guarantee access to any specific video content, channels, networks, shows, movies, or sporting events. Any third-party services configured as part of this support engagement are operated by their respective owners under their own terms of service. The customer is solely responsible for their own use of any configured software and for compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Appointments and access

Some services require remote access, device access, account sign-in, or in-home access. You may be asked to be present during setup and to provide needed credentials directly into your own device or service.

Results

Nerdy Tech Guys will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and improve the issue. Some results depend on device condition, internet service, third-party platforms, hardware limits, software behavior, or customer-provided information.

Payments

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise shown. Payment terms may vary by product, service, or subscription plan. Third-party costs are separate unless a product clearly says otherwise.
